1. For Online Orders

Note : Online orders here refers to order made directly on MangoWalls official website : www.mangowalls.com

A. Returns

We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. All Paintings and Wallpapers purchased from MangoWalls.com are returnable within the 4 days return window if and only if it lies in the below mentioned criteria.
1.    Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on MangoWalls.com.

2.    Return will be processed only if: 
       •    it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession; 
       •    the product is different from what was shipped to you; 
       •    the product is returned in original condition (with box and all the accessories therein).

3.    Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect framing option or incorrect size or incorrect product ordered.
4.    Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

Note: 
       •   In the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a free replacement/refund as  applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement/refund.

       •   Upon return, the article will undergo a quality check to ensure there is no misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Once the returned product passes the quality check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, an exchange/refund will be dispatched. For this 20% of the order value will be deducted in case of refund as return shipping of the product.

       •   Paintings are returnable within 4 days  of delivery only iff you've received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on MangoWalls.com

       •   In case of a defective/damaged product received at your end, you must notify MangoWalls within 2 days of delivery.

 

What are the return guidelines?
Following are the return guidelines:

1.    If  the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given and for such orders, the buyer is subject to pay the return pickup delivery charges of the respective courier services.
2.    Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with MangoWalls replacement policy, a new product will be dispatched from Mangowalls.com and iff replacement is not available, you will be provided with full refund in your bank account within 4-5 business days.

B. Refunds

1.    Refunds are processed within 4-5 Business Days after we receive your return. We initiate refunds directly to your bank account through NEFT, Net Banking or UPI 
2.    If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any platform handling fee, if paid online
3.    If the standard time-frame as mentioned above has expired and you have still not received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information. Refunds will not be processed in cash. Refunds can be processed via paper cheque only in exceptional cases.
4.    For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)
Note: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your MangoWalls account should match with the name of the bank account holder.

 

 

C. Replacements

If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or is different from their description on the product detail page, or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with MangoWalls. If the replacement request is placed and we do not have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a full refund.

What are the conditions for Free Replacement? 
Items within 7 days return window and in stock (exact same item) with MangoWalls are eligible for free replacement. The free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:
•    Item received is physically damaged; 
•    Item received has missing parts or accessories; 
•    Item received is different from their description on the product detail page on MangoWalls.com; 
•    Item received is defective/does not work properly.

Note: 
•    A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier. 

 

2. For Offline Orders

Note : Offline orders here refers to order made directly in any of the MangoWalls outlet in Sri Ganganagar (Rajasthan) or Surat (Gujarat)

A. Returns

We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. For offline orders all Paintings and Wallpapers purchased from MangoWalls are processed on order basis therefore are returnable within the 4 days return window if and only if it lies in the below mentioned criteria.
1.    Products are returnable within the applicable return window of 4 days after receiving the order if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from what was ordered.

2.    Return will be processed only if: 
       •    it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession; 
       •    the product is different from what was shipped to you; 
       •    the product is returned in original condition (with box and all the accessories therein).

3.    Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect framing option or incorrect size or incorrect product ordered or incorrect quantity ordered.

4.   Products are not be eligible for return/refund for any mishappening in installation due to bad site conditions including dampness (wetness, moisture), uneven surface of walls/wooden surface due to any reason.

Note: 

  • In the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a free replacement/refund as  applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement/refund.

  • Upon return, the article will undergo a quality check to ensure there is no misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Once the returned product passes the quality check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, an exchange/refund will be dispatched. 

  • MangoWalls do not take any liability to check the walls/site conditions before the installation of products. It is solely the responsibility of buyer for the walls/site conditions to be checked by their site supervisor or themselves. Buyer has no right to claim for return/refund in this scenario.

  • Paintings are returnable within 4 days  of delivery only iff you've received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description.

  • In case of a defective/damaged product received at your end, you must notify MangoWalls within 2 days of delivery.
